A complex problem does not always need a complex tool to help resolve it.
Sometimes, when I reveal a simple technique or method, I get disappointed faces looking back at me. They’re hoping that I am going to share with them something that looks equally difficult.

Within fifteen minutes we had a workable action plan. The problem has been in their organisation for the last five years and the team were excited that they had some practical options to change the situation.
