About Giles

Giles is a business improvement consultant that, at the time of writing, also has a portfolio career that includes both executive and non-executive positions.

Professionally, Giles is a Chartered Manufacturing Engineer. His early career focused on the design, improvement and management of factories. This has broadened out over the past fifteen years as he has help organisations from a wide range of sectors to improve their productivity, drive up their on time delivery performance and embrace continuous improvement.

His books on continuous improvement, and the feedback from them, led to the creation of this website. The intention is to provide additional resources and training material that build on the books already written.
